Care Manager = Patient, compassionate and well-educated advocate who specializes in guiding families or loved ones to make decisions that provide optimal care, while also reducing stress and worry.

Elfin Services is a company created and developed to take the very best care of you and your loved ones.  We are a small, independent, locally-owned and operated agency that does things a little differently.  Elfin Services provides a team of experienced professionals who are ready and available to help you or your loved one with whatever they need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We serve a diverse community of elders and others who need extra assistance with different aspects of their lives.  It is our goal to provide you with someone to trust, and give you the help you need.  Elfin Services has grown steadily and carefully since its inception, and adheres to the highest ethical guidelines including those of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.

Our team at Elfin Services understands the struggle family members face when trying to coordinate services for their loved ones.  With a Professional Care Manager, families are able to relax, avoid stress and avoid taking time off work to assist their loved ones.  Care Managers assess each individual's physical, social and psychological needs, which allows them to effectively navigate through the healthcare system.  Care Managers can attend doctor’s appointments, provide transportation to and from appointments, and act as a liaison between medical providers and family members.  Care Managers also provide a variety of other services such as:
