Elder Advocates, Care Managers, and Caregivers
Providing medical and social support to the elderly and others in need in Vancouver and nearby Washington communities
Elder Advocacy- as professional advocates, we assist the client in developing the highest level of health and quality of life possible within their circumstances by helping them with the complex medical, financial, and social issues they face. We fully understand and value the individual's right to self determination. We establish a personal relationship with each client and use our understanding of their wishes and desires as the basis for our advocacy.
Care Management- Assessments of the client's physical, social and psychological assets and liabilities, combined with input from involved professionals and families are used to develop an individualized plan of care. To help implement the plan we not only coordinate the needed services, but are personally available to the client at all hours. For those elders who do not have family close and able to accept such responsibilities, our mission is to act as the kind and knowledgeable daughter or the experienced and dependable son.
Caregiving- Our caregivers provide assistance with dressing, feeding, personal hygiene, toileting, and any other non-medical services that are required. We develop personal relationships with our clients with the understanding that their quality of life is enhanced with the caring support of both their physical and their emotional needs.
